Dear Bagel Boss,

I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying your wonderful bagels. As an ex-New Yorker, I regularly ordered bagels from that more-famouns bagel place (the one with two initials.) But the last time I ordered from them, the bagels were flavorless. So I decided to try your bagels, figuring I had nothing to lose. Well, they are just wonderful. The Black Russian is my new favorite, and I liked everything else in my order. Plus, you ship black and white cookies which NOBODY in the Midwest knows how to bake properly.

I'm going to spread the word and you definitely have a repeat customer. Our Easter bagels are coming from you this year!
