Since opening our first location in Hicksville, New York, in 1975, Bagel Boss has been serving authentic New York bagels made the way they've been for generations. More than 50 years later, we're proud to continue that tradition with the same passion, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality that built our name.
Our story begins long before our first storefront. As 5th and 6th generation bagel bakers, our roots in New York bagel making stretch back generations. Every bagel we serve is kettle-boiled, and baked fresh throughout the day using time-honored techniques that create the unmistakable taste, texture, and character of a true New York bagel.
