A platter including fillet or stuffed whitefish, sable plate, kippered baked salmon, slices of smoked Nova Scotia lox or belly lox, plus a garnished bowl of marinated herring fillets in cream sauce or wine sauce. Choice of three cream cheeses and a platter of tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and olives. Served with Bagel Boss bagels, bialys, and flagels.
